By entering this contest, participants grant La’ Mode Coiffure and its partners (including JOOEE) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their names, likenesses, images, and submitted content for any promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across all media without further compensation or permission.

All submitted materials become the property of the Organizer and may be used for future marketing activities.
2. Liability & Indemnification

The Organizer (La’ Mode Coiffure) shall not be held liable for:

Any technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond its control.

Any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in the contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and partners from any claims by third parties arising from their participation.
3. General Conditions

Verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any participant found to have provided false information.

Amend, postpone, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Make all final decisions regarding the contest, which are binding and non-negotiable.
