Introduction

Welcome to LA MODE Training. These Terms & Conditions govern your application, enrollment, and participation in our training programs under LA MODE Hair Academy and LA MODE Modelling Class. By submitting an application or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.  Enrollment & Eligibility

• Applicants must meet the specific age and prerequisite requirements stated for their chosen course (Hair Academy or Modelling Class) on the official LA MODE Training website.

• Applicants may be required to attend an interview or assessment as part of the enrollment process at the discretion of LA MODE Training.

• LA MODE Training welcomes both Malaysian residents and international students. International students are responsible for ensuring they comply with all relevant visa and immigration regulations.

• Employees of LA MODE Training and its affiliated companies may be eligible for courses under separate terms.

2.  Application & Registration

• All applications must be submitted through the official LA MODE Training website or via approved official channels.

• Applicants must provide complete, accurate, and legible information during registration. LA MODE Training reserves the right to disqualify any application with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Admission is subject to course availability and acceptance by LA MODE Training.

• Specific courses may require the submission of a portfolio or photographs as part of the application, details of which will be clearly stated during the registration process.

3.  Fees & Payment

• Course fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are specific to each program and will be provided in the official course outline and enrollment agreement.

• All fees must be paid in full, or according to the agreed installment plan, prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• LA MODE Training reserves the right to withhold training, certificates, or access to facilities if fees are not paid as agreed.

4.  Course Structure & Conduct

• LA MODE Training reserves the right to amend course content, schedules, trainers, or venue locations as necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided for any significant changes.

• Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, adhere to safety protocols, and respect fellow students and trainers. LA MODE Training may dismiss any student whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without obligation for a refund.

• Regular attendance is mandatory. Excessive absenteeism may result in the inability to complete the course or receive a certificate.

5.  Intellectual Property & Media Release

• All course materials, including manuals, techniques, and curricula, are the intellectual property of LA MODE Training and are provided for personal educational use only. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

• By participating, students grant LA MODE Training a perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, or work created during the course where the student appears or is featured, for promotional and publicity purposes across all media. This includes use on websites, social media, and marketing materials.

6.  Liability & Disclaimer

• Students participate in training activities at their own risk. LA MODE Training, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises or during course activities, except where proven to be a direct result of gross negligence.

• While LA MODE Training provides industry-oriented education, successful employment post-training depends on individual effort, market conditions, and opportunity. LA MODE Training does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes.

• Students are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and living expenses throughout the duration of the course.

7.  General Terms

• LA MODE Training reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, students will be offered a full refund or a place in a rescheduled course.

• Any decision by LA MODE Training regarding the interpretation of these terms, enrollment, or student conduct is final.
