TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to both Male and Female participants aged 18 to 35 years at the time of entry.

• The contest is open to both Malaysian residents and International contestants.

• All participants must hold a valid passport and be available to attend the final judging event in Malaysia.

• Employees of La’ Mode Coiffure, its affiliates, sponsors, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration

• Entry is free of charge. No registration fee is required.

• The registration period is from the date of announcement until 30 November 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

• Participants must register exclusively through the official La’ Mode Coiffure website.

• Each application must include:

  • One (1) recent, clear, and unedited close-up face photos.

  • One (1) recent, clear, and unedited full-body photos.

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries will be disqualified automatically.

3. Selection Process

• All eligible entries will be reviewed and shortlisted by an appointed panel of judges.

• The Top 20 finalists (10 male and 10 female) will be selected based on judging criteria, including but not limited to: appearance, confidence, and overall presentation.

• Finalists will be notified via the email address provided during registration or through an official public announcement.

• Selected finalists must formally confirm their participation within the stipulated timeframe and must be available for the final judging event.

4. Prizes

• One (1) Male Winner and One (1) Female Winner will each receive:

  • Hair services from La’ Mode Coiffure and products from JOOEE with a total value of RM1,000.

  • The opportunity to be featured in upcoming promotional campaigns for La’ Mode Coiffure and JOOEE.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.

5. Intellectual Property & Publicity

• By entering this contest, participants grant La’ Mode Coiffure and its partners (including JOOEE) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their names, likenesses, images, and submitted content for any promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across all media without further compensation or permission.

• All submitted materials become the property of the Organizer and may be used for future marketing activities.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• The Organizer (La’ Mode Coiffure) shall not be held liable for:

  • Any technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond its control.

  • Any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in the contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and partners from any claims by third parties arising from their participation.

7. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any participant found to have provided false information.

  • Amend, postpone, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

  • Make all final decisions regarding the contest, which are binding and non-negotiable.

• Travel and accommodation expenses for the final event are the sole responsibility of the finalists.
