1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all applicants registering for Asian Model Icon Borneo, Artsy Queen Borneo, and Gentleman World Icon Borneo through the official Asian Model Icon Borneo website.
Asian Model Icon International (AMI) is the parent international platform, while Asian Model Icon Borneo is the Official Borneo Selection Platform under the AMI ecosystem.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Before submitting an online application, every applicant must:

3. How to Register
Registration is simple and free.
Applicants must complete the online registration form on the official Asian Model Icon Borneo website and select their preferred competition category.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must provide accurate information and be able to participate in competition-related activities if selected.
5. Registration Closing Date

6. Entry Fee
Participation is FREE.
There is no registration or entry fee for applying to the competition.
However, finalists selected to represent Borneo at Asian Model Icon International 2027 will be responsible for their own participation-related expenses, including where applicable:

7. Prize Structure
What winners receive

There are no cash prizes or physical prizes for this competition.

Winners will earn the official title and opportunity to represent Borneo at Asian Model Icon International 2027, scheduled for 19–20 January 2027, subject to the organizer's final arrangements.

9. Selection Process

All eligible applications will be reviewed by the organizer.

The organizer's decision is final and non-negotiable.
10. Accuracy of Information
Applicants must ensure that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
The organizer reserves the right to verify any information and request supporting documents.
11. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
The organizer may disqualify any participant for misconduct, harassment, discrimination, dishonest behavior, or actions that may damage the reputation of the competition.
12. Photography, Video & Media Consent
By participating, applicants grant the organizer permission to photograph, film, record, and use their name, image, likeness, voice, and submitted materials for promotional, marketing, publicity, social media, website, print, and media purposes without additional compensation.
13. Personal Data Protection
Personal information collected through the registration form will be used for competition administration, communication, selection, and promotional purposes.
The organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
14. Disqualification
The organizer may disqualify any applicant who:

Provides false or misleading information.

Submits fraudulent or heavily misleading images.

Fails to meet eligibility requirements.

Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Engages in inappropriate conduct.
15. Withdrawal or Cancellation
Participants may withdraw from the competition by notifying the organizer in writing.
The organizer also reserves the right to remove a participant if necessary.
16. Organizer's Rights
The organizer reserves the right to amend rules, change schedules, postpone events, modify categories, replace judges, or cancel the competition at any time if required.
17. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
18. Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, travel issues, technical failures, or other expenses incurred as a result of participation in the competition.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
20. Final Acceptance
