TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to Malaysian citizens & non-Malaysian residents in Malaysia  

  • Ages 17–30 only  

  • Employees of JOOEE/affiliates and immediate family are ineligible. 

2.  ENTRY REQUIREMENTS  

  • Purchase Mandatory: Valid only with proof of purchase (receipt/order #) of any JOOEE product (skincare, haircare, perfume, underwear).

  • Social Post:  Must tag @JOOEEOfficial + use hashtags: #BeJOOEEIcon | #JOOEEIconChallenge | #JOOEEGlowUp | #JOOEEComp2025  

 

3. PRIZES (12 WINNERS: 6 MALE / 6 FEMALE)  

  • Each winner receives:

→ RM10k worth of JOOEE products + salon services + model training course (Total: RM120k)  

→ Guaranteed entry into the Asian Model Icon International (AMI) competition  

→ Opportunity to be considered for a brand ambassador role (separate agreement required).

  • All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • All 12 winners must physically attend and participate in the Asian Model Icon International (AMI) Final Night to claim their JOOEE Prize Package (products + salon services + model training course).

  • Failure to attend AMI Final Night results in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

 

4. AUDITIONS  

  • Audition slots are limited to the first 50 eligible candidates.  

  • To qualify as a "candidate", participants must:  

→ Complete all entry steps (purchase + registration + social post)  

→ Meet eligibility criteria (age/residency)

  • Winners chosen by JOOEE panel based on: Creativity | Brand alignment | Social engagement  

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • JOOEE not liable for:

→ Technical failures, lost entries, or force majeure events

→ Injuries/costs incurred during participation

  • Participants indemnify JOOEE against third-party claims

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PUBLICITY

  • All submissions become JOOEE's exclusive property.

  • Participants grant perpetual, royalty-free rights for:

→ Marketing use (photos/videos/content)

→ Publicity activities (interviews/recordings)

7. DATA USAGE  

  • By entering, participants grant JOOEE rights to repurpose content for marketing, winner notification, prize fulfillment  

8. GENERAL  

  • Closing date: 30 September 2025

  • JOOEE reserves right to: 

→ Verify eligibility of entries

→ Modify/cancel campaign with notice

→ Disqualify fraudulent entries
